Ilayathalapathy Vijay is the most searched Tamil Actor on Google Trends for the year 2014. As per the official Google trends report of 2014, Vijay is the most searched actor in Kollywood. Vijay is followed by Surya, while Ajith occupies third position. Rajini and Kamal Hassan are at fourth and fifth position respectively.
For the year 2013 also Ilayathalapthy Vijay topped the 2013 Google trends among Tamil actors. Not just in Google, Vijay has also been ranked above Rajini and Ajith in the top celebrities list reported by the reputed business magazine, Forbes India
