is set to partner with award-winning top director AR Murugadoss for
his next project,which is yet to be titled by its makers.

Murugadoss-Vijay hit combo is expected to go on floors in mid-January
2014. Samantha is most expected to pair opposite Vijay in his movie
which is lined up after his Pongal 2014 blockbuster, Jilla.

Murugadoss took to Twitter to confirm news saying : “I’ m
really happy and excited to convey to you all that I’ m joining
hands with Vijay sir once again…”Jointly produced by Ayngaran
International and Lyca Productions, this yet-to-be-titled film
is expected to be wrapped up within eight months to be ready for its
release during Deepavali 2014. This upcoming project of Vijay-ARM is
speculated to be shot in Kolkata.Young music composer Anirudh
Ravichander, cinematographer George C Williams of ‘Maryan’ fame
and editor Sreekar Prasad are said to be part of the crew.It may be
recalled that Thuppakki, the hit combination of Ilayathalapathy Vijay
and AR Murugadoss turned out to be one of the biggest box-office
grossers in Vijay’s film career.Meantime,’Jilla’, the
much-awaited action drama starring Vijay, Mohanlal and Kajal Aggarwal
is fast being readied for its release in Pongal 2014.
